E-learning

The aim of this website is to develop an integrated multidisciplinary teaching and learning curriculum for early years settings teachers, caterers and kitchen staff in the form of an on-line e-learning course.

The e-learning course looks at a range of issues relating to food in early years settings.  The modules below investigate the links between food and culture, health, the environment; as well as improving a young person's understanding of the natural world.
